This contract is between the artist, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person or institution purchasing a work of art from the Seller, hereinafter referred to as the Customer.

• The Customer agrees to pay the amount due in advance if the order value is less than or equal to €50.
• For orders over €50, the Customer agrees to pay half of the invoice amount in advance. The second half is to be paid upon approval of the initial sketch.
• Any other payment schedule must be mutually agreed upon before work on the product begins.
• The Customer acknowledges that work will not begin until the Seller has received payment in accordance with the agreed-upon plan.
• Certain types of work do not allow for installment payments. In such cases, the Customer will be informed and asked to agree to an alternative payment plan before work begins.

• The Customer agrees that the finished product will be delivered digitally to the email address provided by the Customer or via Telegram as soon as the final payment has been received by the Seller.
• Any other form of delivery, whether digital or physical, must be agreed upon before work begins.
• The Customer is responsible for all additional costs incurred by alternative delivery methods, such as shipping costs, material costs, or digital service fees.
• It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to propose a delivery method that works for both parties.
• The Seller cannot be held liable for loss of access, lost files, spam filters, or other technical issues beyond their control.
• Upon delivery of the product, the responsibility for its secure storage lies with the Customer.
• Loss due to negligence will not be reimbursed.

• The Customer is entitled to an unlimited number of revisions during the sketching phase.
• Major changes that significantly exceed the original scope of work may be subject to an additional charge.
• Completion is defined as the period between the completion of the design work and the delivery of the final file to the Customer.
• During this phase, minor adjustments may still be proposed and implemented.
• If a requested change significantly exceeds the original scope of work, I reserve the right to refuse it or to charge a reasonable additional fee.

• The Customer agrees to pay the amount stated on the invoice in euros (€).
• The Customer shall bear all costs associated with currency conversions, bank fees, payment service provider fees, or other transfer costs.
• A payment is not considered complete until the full invoice amount in euros (€) has been received in the Seller’s account.

• The Customer has the right to request a full refund if no progress has been made for two consecutive months or if the product has not been completed after four months.
• Separately agreed deadlines apply to larger projects.
• This provision does not apply to interruptions caused by unforeseeable circumstances such as illness, accident, or other credibly documented reasons.
• The Customer agrees to maintain active and reliable communication.
• If I do not receive a response for an extended period, I will pause work on the project until I receive a reply.
• This may result in a corresponding delay in the processing time.

• The product created by the Seller is intended for private use only.
• Any commercial use, resale, reproduction, or publication for other purposes requires the prior consent of the Seller.
• Commercial use requires a separate agreement regarding terms and compensation.
• In the case of commercial use, a license will be issued under the terms of use.
• The Customer has no right to use the created product in blockchain-based technologies, including NFTs, cryptocurrencies, tokenization or trading systems.
• The Customer has no right to use the product for AI datasets, AI training purposes, AI tools, or similar current or future technologies.

• The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order without providing a reason, provided that a full refund is provided.
• Disrespectful behavior toward the Seller will not be tolerated and may result in the cancellation of the order.
• In this case, the Customer will receive a full or partial refund, depending on the work already completed.
• The Seller reserves the right to refuse future orders from the Customer.

• I am a business owner and issue a proper invoice for every order.
• To issue the invoice, I need the Customer’s full name and address.
• All personal data collected in the course of order processing will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties.
• Both the Customer and I agree to treat all exchanged data, files, and information as confidential.
• Disclosure will occur only if required by law or necessary for tax purposes.
• I am a small business owner as defined by §19 of the German Value-Added Tax Act (UStG).
• No value-added tax is shown on the invoices.

• I reserve the right to use completed commissioned works for my own advertising purposes.
• This includes presentation on my website, in portfolios, or on social media platforms such as my art channel on Telegram.
• The Customer may also publish the completed work.
• Mentioning my name or my social media accounts is not mandatory, but greatly appreciated.
• Some works may be marked with a visible or invisible watermark or signature.
• This watermark or signature may not be removed or altered without my express consent.
• In the event of violations of these Terms of Use or proven unauthorized use of the created work, I reserve the right to revoke the granted rights of use with immediate effect.
